What type of payments do we accept?

We accept all forms of payment via credit and debit card which is processed through a secure network (STRIPE). We also except PayPal. payments.

You DO NOT however, need to have a PayPal account. PayPal will process your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) all without having a PayPal account.

Please note that E-Check purchases will not be shipped until payment has cleared.

 

How much is shipping?

We ship all domestic (US) orders for a $4.00 flat rate. All priority orders at a flat rate of $6.50. We also ship to Canada for a $9.50 flat rate. We ship to all other countries for a $11.00 flat rate.

Duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient.

 

When will my item(s) ship?

All item are hand made to order in Texas. We process all orders on a 5 - 7 business day (excluding holidays and weekends) turnaround. Please allow 5 business days, from ship date, before you email about your order. We typically get orders out faster than 7 business days and you will receive a shipping notification email once your order ships with a tracking number. All orders come with a tracking number once shipped.

 

What about International Shipping?

All International orders are shipped via US Postal Service International First Class Mail unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase by emailing expressionsbracelets@yahoo.com . Estimated delivery times after the order has been processed are as follows:

6-10 business days from ship date. However, please note that certain international orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered as a result of delays within your local customs processing queue.

Please note that US Postal Service International First Class Mail does NOT offer tracking information outside of the U.S. The status update of "International Letter" listed under the features column of the tracking information indicates that the order has left the U.S. to its destination country.

Expressions Bracelets is not responsible for any customs fees that may apply.

What if my package is lost?

Please contact us if you have not received your item within 5 business days of us shipping it. You can contact us via the link 'CONTACT US' on our site or you can email us expressionsbracelets@yahoo.com All transactions are deemed completed upon Expressions Bracelets verification that an order has been delivered to the U.S. Postal Service by a delivery confirmation receipt number for international orders. Expressions Bracelets is not responsible for lost, damaged in mail or stolen items once shipped. Once these delivery and tracking numbers have been provided all customers must contact their local post office for any and all status updates.

 

 What if I need to return an item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please let us know so that we may issue an exchange or full refund. In order to receive an exchange or full refund, please return merchandise in unworn condition within 14 days of purchase. The cost to ship the item(s) back to us is non-refundable.

*Sorry, but we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on CUSTOM ENGRAVED (HAND STAMPED) BRACELETS (CHARM BANGLES and CUFFS) OR NECKLACES. Anything that we have custom created with your initials, date. name, etc, cannot be returned. *

 If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

What materials do you use?

We use aluminum, stainless steel, copper, and brass (nu gold). Aluminum and stainless steel give the look of sterling silver without the cost. Pure aluminum does not tarnish and has a much lower rate of skin reaction than sterling silver. Please be aware if your skin is sensitive to copper or brass (nu gold), you may want to stick with Aluminum. Some people have skin sensitivities that cause a reaction with Copper and Brass (Nu Gold). Both Copper and Brass (nu gold) will patina over time and cause it to create a very unique aged antique look which is simply gorgeous. However you can polish both metals back to their original shine with a polish cloth.

How do I care for my items? 

Aluminum and Stainless Steel are non tarnish. Copper and Nu Gold (Red or Yellow Brass) will patina over time but can be polished back to their original shine with a jewelry polish cloth. Please remember ALWAYS remove your bracelet(s) before swimming, exercising, bathing/showering, doing household chores and/or using abrasive cleaners. Keep your bracelet(s) away from water as much as possible. Remove your bracelet(s) before engaging in any indoor/outdoor sports. Always store each bracelet(s) separately. Each bracelet comes with its own velour jewelry bag. Except for  faux pearl bracelets which are placed in a organza bag. Apply products such as perfumes, hairspray, any lotions, petroleum jelly, or oils before wearing your bracelet(s) as certain chemicals in these products may damage your bracelet(s). And although your first notion is to take all of your stackable bracelets off at once, WE HIGHLY recommend taking them off one by one to avoid any mishaps.  Jewelry that includes crystals and cubic stones should avoid collision and improper use to avoid any damage or falling off of crystals and stones.  Do not expose leather to water and any kind of non-leather cleaning liquid.  Store all jewelry in a dry place. 

 

What if my item gets broken or needs repair?

We guarantee our items for workmanship. We create pieces that will stand up to normal wear over time. If it breaks due to my workmanship, we will repair it free of charge. However, we cannot guarantee materials over time that have broken due to customer wear and tear. We cannot guarantee items such as gemstones, rhinestones and beads. Sometimes unseen flaws exist that may cause a stone or beads to break or chip. You can contact us to see if this is an item that can be replaced.  We stand by our work and take pride in everything that is created for our customers.
